Do you not get a headache without having coffee?
My head always feels like a jackhammer is pounding away at it if I don’t get my daily coffee hit before 10am. So my morning ritual is to make myself a nice double shot latte and enjoy it while starting my work day.
This here is made from Starbucks Espresso Roast whole bean coffee which I grind using a Krups Burr GVX2-12 coffee grinder, whose coarseness selector I set to the 9 o’clock position (fine side), 12 o’clock if I’m using Starbucks’ Italian Roast, and 3 o’clock (coarse side) if I’m using the French Roast bag.
I’m really happy brewing coffee with my Krups XP1500 Combination Coffee & Espresso Machine since I’ve been using it for years and am very comfortable operating it.
One day though, I plan to upgrade to the Breville BES900XL Dual Boiler Semi Automatic Espresso Machine, which is a much more professional grade machine for the ultimate coffee geek… or maybe some generous soul would surprise me with a gift 🙂
